Rental Process

Browse our collection on Facebook or our website, then message us on Facebook Messenger with a screenshot of the gown you like. We'll confirm availability and pricing, then you can reserve it with a deposit.

We recommend booking at least 4-5 days before your event. This gives us time to clean and press the gown so it's ready for pickup.

Standard rental is for 2 days (pickup day and event day). Return the gown the day after your event. Extended rentals are available — just let us know when booking.

Bring a valid ID and the remaining balance (if you paid a deposit). We'll have the gown cleaned, pressed, and ready for you to inspect before taking it home.

Yes, you can reschedule up to 3 days before your event at no extra charge. Cancellations made at least 5 days before the event are eligible for a deposit refund or credit toward a future rental.

Pricing & Payments

Rental prices depend on the gown style, design, and embellishments. Send us a screenshot of the gown you like from our Facebook page and we'll let you know the exact price. Browse our gallery at facebook.com/princesskhalynofficial.

We accept cash and GCash. A deposit is required to reserve your gown, and the remaining balance is due on pickup day.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is collected at pickup. It covers minor wear and tear. The deposit is returned in full when the gown comes back in good condition.

Yes, late returns incur a daily fee because another customer may have the gown reserved after you. Please return on the agreed date or contact us if you need an extension.

Locations & Hours

Our main branch is on the 1st floor of Red Planet Arcade, 97 A. Bonifacio St, Canlalay, Binan, Laguna. Landmark: Next to BDO, beside J&T Express. We also have a branch at 26 Rizal Avenue, Taytay, Rizal.

Our Laguna branch (Binan) is open Wednesday to Sunday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Our Rizal branch (Taytay) is open Monday to Sunday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Yes! We have a gown rental shop in Binan, Laguna at Red Planet Arcade, 97 A. Bonifacio St. We serve the entire Laguna area with premium gown rentals for all special occasions.

Absolutely! Our Rizal branch is located at 26 Rizal Avenue, Taytay, Rizal. We provide gown rental services throughout Rizal province with beautiful designs for every event.

We offer gown rentals for debuts, proms, Sagala celebrations, formal events, and parties. Our collection includes ball gowns, cocktail dresses, traditional Filipino gowns, and modern formal wear.

We carry gowns in a wide range of sizes, from petite to plus-size. Most gowns have some flexibility with lace-up backs or adjustable details. Message us with your measurements and we'll help you find the right fit.

Yes! Customers can try on up to 3 gowns per visit. A fitting fee applies, but it is waived when you proceed with a rental.

Yes! Debuts are our specialty. We have a large selection of debut gowns including ball gowns, princess-style dresses, and modern designs in various colors. Many of our debut gowns come with matching accessories.

Absolutely. We have elegant prom gowns in many styles — from classic ball gowns to sleek modern designs. Our collection is updated regularly so you'll find trendy options for your prom night.

Yes, we carry traditional Sagala and Reyna Elena gowns for Flores de Mayo and Santacruzan celebrations. These include flowing white gowns, regal queen-style dresses, and matching accessories like crowns and scepters.

Yes, our collection includes elegant evening gowns and cocktail dresses suitable for galas, company events, award nights, and other formal occasions.

Policies

We don't do alterations, but our staff will help you find a different gown from our collection that fits you perfectly.

We prefer in-store pickup so customers can inspect the gown before taking it home. Delivery is available in special circumstances via Lalamove.

No, you don't need to clean the gown. Just return it in the garment bag we provide. We handle all cleaning and pressing between rentals.

Minor wear is covered by the security deposit. For significant damage (tears, stains that won't come out, missing embellishments), the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit. We'll always show you the damage and discuss costs before charging.

Of course! Many customers come back for the same gown or try something new. Repeat customers get priority booking and may be eligible for discounts.
